1. Introduction

Welcome to Dirvianza. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Elite Leadership Pathway for Directors available at dirvianza.vip.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

3. Services

Dirvianza provides personalized leadership programs and director-level coaching sessions ("Services"). Details of each engagement are provided at registration.

Scheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting our team no later than 48 hours before the session. We strive to accommodate changes where possible.

Refunds: If a session is canceled by Dirvianza, you will receive a refund in full. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, a credit may be offered at our discretion. Exclusive bespoke Services are non-refundable due to the immediate resource allocation required to tailor content to your needs.

4. Infoproducts

Dirvianza offers digital courses and workshops in leadership development ("Info Products"). Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate access to all digital materials.

Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 30% of the materials have been accessed. To request a refund, complete our Contact Form. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

5. Goods

Dirvianza may offer physical materials such as workbooks and branded supplies ("Goods"). Shipping details will be provided at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges: If Goods arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form. We will arrange a replacement or refund the purchase price upon receipt of the defective item. All other exchanges or requests are subject to inspection of the item sent back.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you wish to transfer credit to another Service or Info Product, please specify this in your request and we will accommodate where feasible.

Refunds are not available for bespoke Services once customized materials have been delivered or sessions have commenced, due to the tailored nature of our offerings.

7. Changes to Terms

Dirvianza reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will publish updates on this page and the revised Terms will take effect on the date posted. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
